Returns

Because all items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns.

Each item is carefully created specifically for your order, so we are unable to restock or resell returned products.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in certain situations, such as:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review your request and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind
  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any exchange approval
  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers after the item has left our hands
