Welcome to Crafted By Imani. By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.
1. General
Crafted By Imani reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this website.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
2. Products
All products are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, glitter placement, design, and pattern may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, colors, and personalization details submitted at checkout are correct.
Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made.
Crafted By Imani is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Processing Time
Current processing time is 3–4 weeks before shipping, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
During holidays, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be extended.
5. Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Crafted By Imani is not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our products are handmade and customized:
- All sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
- Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
7. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable.
Digital files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, or modify digital files for resale without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, digital files, and website content are the exclusive property of Crafted By Imani.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafted By Imani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process orders, communicate with customers, and improve our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
